Why does the price start at $597?
A 1,500 square foot home and a 4,000 square foot home are not the same job. Pricing starts at $597, and if your home needs more than that you hear it before the work starts, not after. Nothing is added without your approval.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?
It can, if the wrong method is used. That is why siding, soffits, and painted surfaces get a soft wash at low pressure rather than a high pressure blast. Full pressure is for concrete.
How late in the year can you do this?
The first week of November is the last week outdoors. After that it waits until spring, so this month is the difference between a clean house for the holidays and looking at it all winter.
